Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Job Responsibility :-
• Sell Surface finishing chemicals solutions for varied applications in industries such as Optics/Ophthalmic, Metal Cutting Tools, Jewelry, Horological, Glass, Decorative Items, etc.
• Constant visits to customers for the purpose of sales promotion of our chemical and consumables lines.
• Mapping and generating potential and new leads/opportunities
• Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
• Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
• Service existing accounts obtain orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
• Develop and grow the commercial relationships of assigned leading industrial customers while prospecting for new accounts to increase market penetration.
• Manage sales pipeline to drive new business opportunities to commercial success.
• Forecast sales to enable operations planning, introduce product innovations and maintain active memberships.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy/Inorganic/Surface Chemistry or equivalent experience
• Fresh or 2+ years' experience in marketing
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
