What Are We Looking For?
EDBA is looking to hire a Marketing Manager to assist in launching our SaaS based product in various schools and colleges, an individual willing to think with an entrepreneurial mindset to independently manage our clients. Looking for an innovative Marketing Manager responsible for contributing to, and executing the GTM and Marketing programs for our platform, as well as the company in general.
Responsibilities:
Work with the product and management teams to develop the GTM and marketing strategies
Provide budget and budget recommendations for the tactical execution of GTM and marketing strategies
Develop the tactical plans to deliver and measure success against the GTM and marketing strategies
Execute tactical plans and track and report on analytics, manage and plan the content on our social media handles
Represent marketing in cross-functional groups including product management, sales, and/or engineering
Manage content, PR, and any other agencies and freelancers
Be a creative thinker who actively shapes the ways our product offerings in a crowded and complex ecosystem

Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years of digital marketing experience for SaaS and/or mobile products to produce measurable business and customer outcomes at scale
A growth mindset: demonstrate a track record of coaching and developing team members to continuously learn, grow and develop new capabilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Flexible in the face of obstacles and able to solve complex problems creatively
Able to communicate and evangelize product vision
Self-starter; ability to work independently
