A talented Marketing Manager, to be one of the pioneering members of our team based out of Mumbai office. The incumbent will be tasked to enable SME’s and Enterprise customers on Xpentra Platform which has revolutionised the way banking is done in India. If you are creative, friendly, hardworking and believe that your strengths lie in growth marketing, content creation, project management and teamwork then we would love to speak to you!

What’s the job?
• Brand positioning Create and consolidate our Xpentra brand across specific customer segments in India
• Lead Generation: Meet aggressive targets of number of leads required to feed a passionate sales team
• Content Creation: Be the leading writer within our team responsible for our content throughout all platforms to accurately tell the story of Xpentra to our target customers - including writing blog posts, the website and writing and commissioning whitepapers
• Influencer Outreach: Engage with others in the ecosystem who can talk and write about Xpentra and be an evangelist to a relevant audience
• Social Media Management: Daily market research through social platforms specifically LinkedIn , actively engaging with customers and prospects
• Marketing Collateral: Working closely with Sales to create brochures, datasheets and presentations
• Events: Create and launch activation campaigns like forums, networking dinners and roadshows in high density SMB hubs, and research new events we can sponsor
• Webinars & Podcasts: Organizing periodic online seminars to engage our customers and generate new leads

Is this you?
• University degree in Marketing, Business or anything else that will interest us
• 3+ years of experience in ATL and BTL marketing
• Experience in working with SME,Mid-market & Enterprise customers
• Experience with Social Media channels like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn
• Solid background in blogging, content creation and analytics
• Ability to see the bigger picture and align goals to deliver on them
• Ability to make decisions in a changing environment, anticipate future needs and drive results
• Passion for finding new ways to connect with your community
• Great at building and growing relationships with business partners, customers and colleagues.
• High level of organization and focus and ability to work under pressure

Not a must but a great advantage
• Background in E-commerce/B2B marketing is a big advantage
• Experience in the Payments and e-commerce industry is a plus
• Experience with Sales CRM is a plus.
