Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
• Leads the Marketing function end to end
• In partnership with the leadership teams across Sales, Customer Success, Cyber Security, Product development, Business Analysts, you will be in charge of setting the thought leadership and Marketing/PR strategy for the Products.
• Managing marketing budgets and overseeing all aspects of company’s marketing activities
• Stay abreast of the latest trends in cyber security. Scan the environment on a continuous basis for new developments in the sector and media coverage.
• Provide inputs to Sales and design team regarding industry trends, market opportunities, competition etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative ways to promote the Products by identifying new opportunities for growth within the company’s existing customer base by researching potential buyers’ needs and buying habits
• Work with Sales team to maximise sources for new lead generation including customer referrals
• Work closely with sales, product development and client success teams to iteratively better consumer experience and aid the discovery of relevant offers.
• Drive consumer research through quantitative and qualitative methodologies for better understanding of target customer
• Take complete responsibility of developing and implementing the digital strategy of the organisation
• Create content and messaging to drive engagement with multiple business stakeholders across different Digital and Social channels, Events and PR: create signature event platforms and explore PR opportunities
• Social media and lead generation: create branded content and drive engagement on Linkedin, FB, Twitter and various other social media platforms
• Work closely with partner agencies on a continuous basis to ensure that ideation and execution as per the brief and deadlines including marketing collaterals
• Review the effectiveness of marketing initiatives vs targeted outcomes along with Sales team and finetune implementation accordingly
• Build an enduring, differentiated and sustainable brand for the organisation through consistency in communication to all external stakeholders and ensure that the brand and visual identity is maintained across
• In future with B2C plans in place, collaborate with main Go-To-Market partners. Brainstorm on joint marketing opportunities.
• Offline engagement: Event management including participation and PR. Manage relationships with PR agencies, PR calendar, and PR campaign execution (traditional media advertising campaigns, sponsorships, product placement, social media campaigns, consumer education, and corporate social responsibility)
• Events Mix: Ensure a clear well carried out mix and cadence of activities that will support building Product brand awareness and market visibility.
• Proactively establish and maintain MIS and records for the stakeholders’ visibility

Qualifications
• Comprehensive knowledge of marketing, communication and brand development
• Proficiency in digital marketing
• Proven track record of successful journey of dynamic, high impact, passionate marketing work in the area of cyber security.
• Passion for customers, market, and problem-solving.
• Excellent skills in planning for a portfolio of engagements, cross-group collaboration, resource orchestration, communications, analytical capabilities, and attention to detail.
• Strong business acumen and communication, both written and verbal.
• Cybersecurity background with high technical aptitude.
• Ability to wear a variety of hats in a rapidly-scaling environment.
• Ability to thrive in a cross-functional role and communicate effectively with different divisions - Sales, Product, Project Management, Customer Success, and Technology.
• 10+ years’ experience majorly in a B2B marketing, market analysis, and GTM strategy, of a highly technical product (ideally B2B SaaS)

· Preferably a Masters Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills in English
