Manager / Sr. Manager Marketing Role Description:
We are looking for a full-time professional who will be responsible for overall marketing for our company right from strategizing marketing plan, implementing the strategy mainly on Digital Mediums, as well as offline where necessary, monitoring results and converting enquiries into sales. This role also includes creating campaigns, managing budgets, and development of marketing materials. The candidate will also be responsible for analyzing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and providing regular reports to the management team.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
• Digital Marketing Certification with strong understanding of various fundamentals
• Graduate / Post Graduate degree in marketing, business or related field. Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus. And / or Mass Media (BMM) background with experience in short film making, creating engaging reels
• Good knowledge of core marketing principles & strategies. Ability to quickly understand our core products, target audience, competition, creating USPs & positioning
• Experience in Paid Marketing networks such as Google, Facebook + Instagram and LinkedIn
• Sales marketing experience such as managing CRM, email marketing, Bulk messaging, LinkedIn InMail
• Organic brand building & lead generation through social media, all things SEO, blog, making newsletters & content writing
• Experience with analytics and reporting tools
• Experience in coordinating with external vendors such as designers, website developer and / or commercial ad makers, influencers, etc.
• B2B and B2C sales & marketing
• Experience in creating & managing online workshops in order to generate leads
• Reasonable understanding of website & hosting technologies. Experience in creating landing pages and HTML, PHP, CSS will be an added advantage

• Excellent spoken & written communication and interpersonal skills
• Actively coming up with innovative strategies to boost brand & sales by exploiting existing pro tools and not relying solely on paid marketing
• Ability to move leads through the marketing funnel & close sales by sending proposals and other communication modes. Post sales client servicing and support
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently & execute work in a lean team set-up. Entrepreneurial drive and taking ownership
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Positive attitude towards work with the ability to take feedback and work dynamically
