Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in solution features, software configuration, use cases, and clinical workflows.Analyze customer trends and market data to identify opportunities, collaborating with product marketing on roadmap development.Create clinical marketing messaging for product launches, emphasizing clinical and operational value.Gather and analyze competitive intelligence, market trends, and key industry statistics.Engage with customers across North America to understand market needs, build KOL networks, and drive case study development.Partner with global and franchise marketing teams to develop and execute annual strategic and marketing plans at the regional level.Support Global Marketing Directors in achieving revenue goals through targeted clinical marketing strategies.Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree (Required)Master's degree or advanced marketing training (Preferred)Experience:
6-7 years of progressive marketing and/or sales experience, with at least 5 years in the healthcare industry (Required)Background in blood banking, laboratory, nursing, or other healthcare-related clinical/operational roles (Preferred)
