Vaco Boston has partnered with our client to help fill a Marketing Manager role.
Responsibilities
Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects
Decide on suitable strategies and objectives
Coordinate cross-project activities
Lead and evaluate project managers and other staff
Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities
Apply change, risk and resource management
Assume responsibility for the program’s people and vendors
Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI
Resolve projects’ higher scope issues
Prepare reports for program directors
Requirements and skills
Proven experience as a Program Manager or other managerial position
Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation and [Link available when viewing the job]
Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (Basecamp, MS Project etc.) is a strong advantage
Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Excellent problem-solving ability
BSc/BA diploma in management or a relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco notes the salary range for the role as follows: [Insert Range]. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
