Job Description – Marketing Manager
Primary Skills:
• Manage the overall digital properties for ImpactQA and AppTread ( a software dev arm of ImpactQA)
• Work with Sales Team and Manage, Build, plan, execute and implement the overall digital marketing strategy in line with ImpactQA’s Vision
• Manage and allocate marketing budget in most efficient manner with an eye on marketing ROI
• Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
• Manage and oversee various content marketing channels
• Should have excellent command on SMO and Video marketing
• Suggest activities for improving the quality of online content
• Should have hands on experience in implementing, tracking and measuring metrics through analytics tools like near analytics and near analytics 360
• Should have proven track record on managing paid campaigns for service industry preferably in Software quality testing domain.
• Should be well versed with B2B listing platforms and how to optimize them for desired results
• Should be able to translate the ROI in meaningful business
• Should be well versed with Top down funnel approach
• Should be good in managing Sales funnel, MQL,SQL and Sales conversion %age terminology.
• Should be able to liaison with Sales team to manage SQL leads
• An exposure towards Event marketing management would be an added advantage.
• Forecast MOM/Quarter/Yearly sales and performance trends
• Lead, supervise and motivate members of the digital marketing team
• Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvement
• Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices
Education Qualification:
Preference will be given to engineers who understand the technology dynamics
Candidates from premier institutes like IIM, XLRI, ISB, SPJIMR, FMS Delhi University, MDI, IMT will be preferred.
Skill Set:
• Overall 8 - 10 years and minimum 5+ years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager
• Must have 5+ years of experience working as a digital marketer for a software development /IT Service firm
• 5+ years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
• Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
• Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics and CRM software
• Familiarity with web design
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company’s success
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
