We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead the marketing initiatives for our baby diaper and baby wipes product lines. The ideal candidate will possess deep industry knowledge, a strategic mindset, and the creativity needed to grow brand presence, drive sales, and expand market share both domestically and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Planning & Execution:
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and trends in the baby care segment.
• Plan and allocate marketing budgets to maximize impact and efficiency.
• Monitor expenditures to ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns.
• Brand Management:
• Build, enhance, and maintain strong brand positioning for baby diapers and wipes.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels including digital, print, packaging, and in-store promotions.
• Product Marketing:
• Collaborate with R&D and production teams to support product innovation and improvements.
• Drive successful product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Digital & Offline Marketing:
• Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and influencer partnerships.
• Manage offline marketing activities such as trade shows, distributor events, BTL campaigns, and POS branding.
