The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive engagement, increase player acquisition, and boost brand visibility across digital platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of gaming culture, audience behavior, and trends within the gaming community. The manager will lead marketing campaigns, coordinate content creation, and manage social media presence to promote video games or gaming-related products, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and maximizing user retention and in-game monetization.Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Marketing
o Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility across platforms.
o Plan and manage paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Instagram to maximise ROI.
o Monitor social media analytics and adapt strategies for better performance.2. Search Engine Optimization(SEO)
o Perform keyword research to optimize website content and increase organic traffic.
o Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
o Track website rankings and improve SEO performance metrics.3. Website Management
o Oversee website updates, content publishing, and overall user experience.
o Ensure website is SEO-friendly and performs well across devices.4. Content Management
o Create, curate, and manage high-quality content tailored for diverse platforms and audiences.
o Collaborate with teams to maintain a consistent brand voice and tone.5. Creative Support & Graphic Design
o Design and edit graphics using tools like Canva and Photoshop.
o Develop creative visuals for campaigns, presentations, and other marketing collateral.6. Paid Advertising Campaigns
o Plan, execute, and monitor paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
o Optimise campaigns to meet predefined KPIs and deliver measurable results7. Presentation Creation
o Develop compelling presentation content and designs for internal and external stakeholders.
o Ensure presentations align with brand guidelines and are visually impactful.8. International Market Experience
o Plan and execute marketing campaigns tailored to global audiences.
o Leverage knowledge of international market dynamics to enhance brand position.+. Email Marketing Campaigns
o Research prospective clients and build targeted email lists for campaigns.
o Create engaging email marketing campaigns to build associations and nurture leads.
o Support the sales team by preparing tailored email campaigns and presentations for SMEs.10. Gaming Events Representation
o Attend gaming events and represent the company to strengthen industry presence.
o Prepare and maintain a comprehensive gaming event calendar.
