Job Description
Responsibilities
• Procure new and repeat business through promotions, events etc.
• Create and manage sales initiatives to maximize revenues through effective brand
• development new product development, menu development and promotional activation.
• Provide commercial analysis and recommendations for all promotional activation.
• Work with head of Brand Operations to develop an annual sales and marketing plan, along with venue specific local area marketing plans and weekly promotional activity.
• Develop local annual marketing plan, budgets and brand calendar along AVP Marketing, for brand under your purview including event calendar, with detailed activities to follow during the year.
• Develop the identified marketing initiatives for each of the brand based on promotional strategies and market research.
• Ensure brand recall is monitored in all cities.
• Evaluate and track customer research, customer feedback, market conditions, religious festivals, feedback from guest and competitor data.
• Preparation and sending out of all promotional emails, newsletters and SMS’s.
• Add value to the standards of collateral and communication.
• Monitor competitor activities.
• Monitor sales activities for Sales Managers to ensure they meet the goals of the Revenue Plan.
• Develop new marketing initiatives and promotional strategies based on the market research done.
• Evaluate and track customer research, customer feedback, market conditions, religious festivals, entry door feedback from guest and competitor data.
• Preparation and sending out of all promotional emails, newsletters and SMS’s.
• Oversee event management and execution of related activities.
• Oversees post-event evaluation (including analysis and producing reports for event stakeholders).
• Track ROIs for regular band nights and spike events. Selection process of bands (coordination with GMS and SM Managers) for each city based on various criteria.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years' experience in marketing
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong verbal, written, and organisational skills
