Your New Role
The Marketing Manager - Retirement role will work in collaboration with other key stakeholders to develop, deliver and optimise end-to-end member engagement initiatives including Marketing communications, member campaigns and other targeted program. A key focus of this role will be the ongoing coordination and delivery of a fully-integrated retirement-focused member campaign across owned, paid and earned media channels, working close with the Brand practice. This role is suited to an experienced marketer with strong campaign delivery experience. The suitable candidate will be comfortable with juggling multiple campaigns at once, delivering end to end. Please note, this is a 12 month maximum term contract opportunity.
How do you exceed our expectations?
The idea of being part of our growth is exciting and you want to play a pivotal role in making super simple.
You will have a minimum of 6 years experience in marketing, communications, campaign management, events or multi-channel project delivery. Financial Services experience preferred but not essential;
You will have demonstrated experience planning, coordinating and implementing integrated marketing campaigns, at pace in agile environments;
You will have experience with and good understanding of customer segmentation, qualitative and quantitative insights and research methodologies and strong understanding of marketing technologies and how to leverage these in developing personalised and seamless experiences powered by insights;
You will bring hands on experience with marketing campaign tools like Braze, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Journey Optimiser, HubSpot or similar (highly beneficial); and
You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face. You are curious to understand risk context and choose to speak up as we simplify, learn and grow.
