Marketing Manager role with leading NBFC
Roles and Responsibilities
The Marketing Manager will develop and manage the brand strategy, creating brand elements to maximise brand equity. They will conceptualise brand-led ideas to elevate brand awareness, recall, and positioning in our target segment.
The role includes:
• Continually improving brand awareness for NBFC
• Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for consistent communication
• Designing, building, and maintaining online and offline presence
• Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
• Partnering with Creative and Media agencies to brainstorm best output
The successful candidate will take ownership of their work, motivate agency teams, and ensure brand standards are followed across all programs and initiatives.
