We’re a tech company in an exciting growth phase, and we’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, take charge, and deliver results. If you love building strong demand-generation programs, managing campaigns end-to-end, and working closely with smart, motivated people — this is your chance to make a meaningful impact.
About the Role
You’ll join a lean but mighty team of 3 in-house marketers and 2 agency partners, and play a key role in scaling both our marketing function and our customer acquisition efforts. As the Marketing Manager, you'll report directly to the executive team and help drive strategy while owning execution across multiple key channels.
We're expecting the in-house team to grow to 5 people by Christmas — and you'll be central to shaping that expansion.
What You’ll Be Doing
Plan and execute digital inbound campaigns that generate high-quality leads
Coordinate and deliver major in-person conferences and events
Develop and roll out a strong testimonials and social proof strategy
Manage and get the best out of our external agencies and marketing partners
Contribute to the ongoing development of our brand, messaging, and positioning
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or similar role, ideally within SaaS or tech
Strong digital campaign execution skills across email, SEO/SEM, and paid social
Experience organising or managing B2B conferences and live events
Comfortable managing third-party agencies and freelancers to outcomes
Hands-on, proactive, and able to thrive in a growing team with evolving processes

Remuneration
Base: $170,000 / year (inc. super)
OTE (base + quarterly bonuses): $250,000 / year
Share options: Between $100,000 and $200,000
