We're a high-growth serviced apartment and boutique hotel operator looking for a dynamic marketing generalist to shape our brand and guest experience across iconic locations worldwide. In this role, you'll drive our marketing strategies and initiatives, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand presence globally. Responsibilities

As the Marketing Manager at Urban Rest, you'll be at the forefront of shaping the future of our brand and guest experience. Your responsibilities will include:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our brand pillars of Design, Wellness, and Sustainability.
Brand Excellence: Enhance our brand presence, ensuring a consistent and compelling narrative in diverse markets.
Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, and analysis of multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Content Creation: Oversee the creation of high-quality content that resonates with our target audience and promotes our unique value proposition.
Partnerships and Collaborations: Build and maintain relationships with key partners, influencers, and stakeholders to amplify our brand message.
Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximise ROI.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a small but growing, talented marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
