About The Role
To overlook and influence the product portfolio through rigorous and opportunity-led execution. To provide a robust and succinct vision for the portfolio and oversee effective implementation of the Marketing strategy
Job Description:
New Product Launch Process and Reporting:
• Support Industry Segment Directors on the Launch process - ensure standardized product launch process for all segments
• Administrator of the Project Pipeline Database
• Maintain yearly launch calendar and report to Key stake holders on monthly basis
• Launch stock process - interface between R&D, supply chain, manufacturing and commercial
Reporting and analysis:
• Design, maintain and run on regular basis standard and ad hoc business analysis reports and dashboards to identify, analyze and report key business trends and deviance from the norm
• Provide analytical support to industry segments
• Monthly Market Intelligence report
Careful evaluation of market penetration, market share & PnL:
• Customer wise
• Product wise
• Geography wise
• Measure the effectiveness of marketing and communications to ensure it is delivering value and meeting benchmarks
• Maintain and update the 3-year Business Plan based on direction from MD and Industry Directors
• Support Branding and External Marketing activities
About You
MBA in Marketing , Course In Digital Marketing Is Preferred
Strong/Excellent communication Skills
B2B Marketing experience in Food Ingredient Industry would be preferred.
Experience in Specialty Oils and Fats would be an added advantage
