The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business development, strategic marketing initiatives, lead generation, and client engagement across municipal, industrial, and EPC segments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement marketing strategies specific to wastewater treatment, ETP/STP/RO/ZLD projects.
• Identify new business opportunities, build client databases, and convert leads into business.
• Coordinate with the design, proposal, and execution teams for technical support in marketing.
• Represent the company in exhibitions, conferences, and technical seminars.
• Conduct competitor analysis, market trends, and pricing strategies.
• Prepare promotional content, technical brochures, presentations, and digital campaigns.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Prepare monthly marketing reports, lead pipelines, and sales forecasts.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental / Chemical / Civil/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5-7 years of experience in marketing of Water/Wastewater Treatment Projects.
• Knowledge of treatment technologies like MBR, UF, RO, and ZLD is essential.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client presentation skills.
• Proficient in digital marketing platforms.
• Ability to travel across project locations and client sites.
