JOB PURPOSE SUMMARY We are looking to hire a Marketing Manager in India. This is an individual contributor role and will require close coordination with the investment team and the global marketing team based in the US. Responsibilities Channel management, key account and brand network expansion Responsible for developing, implementing and managing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve sales Promoting products, services and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with brand and social media strategy. Planning brand and product marketing strategy Run effective social media campaigns Create content and creatives as per the brand guidelines Collaborate with Marketing, sales and NPD team Execute the Photo shoots, Development of Multi-year brand strategies with effective executive Continuously tracking evolving consumer needs and creating and monitoring the marketing budget and expenditure Gather intelligence on competitor activity constantly and incorporate changes in marketing / communication plan Work closely with sales, buying and production teams on an ongoing basis to ensure the item suits the customer, market and price points Marketing communication & brand management Creating and managing target marketing and penetration strategies in target geographies Liaise with creative and media agencies to develop communication and media plans Develop and execute demand generation activities and consumer promotions Should be involved in Brand Management, brand profitability and budgets Product development and launch Spearhead cross functional teams on NPD projects Develop ATL and BTL activities for launch of new products What Does the job entail? Understanding the channel & sales objective of our brand and creating a continually evolving strategy while driving growth in line with the same. Collaborating with both customers and internal stakeholders to achieve hyper growth. Being the owner of the promotions calendar and collaborating with marketing to execute seamlessly Bottom up forecasting and demand planning and collaboration with supply chain and external stakeholders to achieve logistical excellence Customer Business plan execution Mutually sustainable customer relationship Manage and deliver on customer P&L Understanding the marketing objective of our brand and creating a continually evolving digital strategy. Knowledge and Hands on management of FB, Insta, Ad Words, Amazon Advertising, Affiliate Networks, BING and other Ad platforms. Understanding conversion funnel, ROI, LTV: CAC metrics and application of the same. Working on post campaign analysis, identification of weaknesses, learning and opportunities for future campaigns. Tracking and delivering key strategic metrics along with your internal and external stakeholders that are directly impact brand P&L Practical skills and Qualifications Required Strong networking capability amongst Digital and Social Media Tech media publishers and solution providers Must be commercially aware, having owned marketing budgets and revenue goals of significant scale Comfort with new age technology Deep knowledge of digital advertising eco system, including hands on experience with ad networks, media buying agencies, GDN, Programmatic buying, social media and re-targeting Strong data management skills Strong communication skills Bias for action and a self-starting attitude Working on post promotion analysis, identification of weaknesses, learning and opportunities for future promos. Working closely with both internal and external brand stakeholders to ensure their effective presence on the portal and achieve daily, weekly, monthly targets Ensure effective in-stock index and healthy fill rates across products with focus on top sellers Responsible for liquidating slow-moving and obsolete inventory and effectively managing long tail Responsible for meeting that the top-line & bottom-line objectives of the accounts Experience with tools of the trade and attention to detail Creative Thinking and Problem Solving Skills Team Player, Good time management
