• Product launch – drive product launch programs and work with the product management team in planning, release, and go-to-market
• Produce high-quality, engaging, and effective content across all channels and formats including our website and blog, SEO, paid media, LinkedIn, and email marketing.
• Developing an editorial calendar that outlines topics to be covered on the company website, blog, social media channels, etc. on a regular basis
• Continuously experiment and test new content formats and distribution channels to identify and capitalize on new opportunities for growth
• Use data and analytics to measure the performance of content and make data-driven decisions to optimize and improve results
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all content is aligned with our brand messaging and positioning
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices and technologies in content marketing
• Understand the technical aspects of our business, customer needs, and product offerings to create content that effectively communicates these.
• Work with internal and external resources (3rd party) to develop content that aligns with our content marketing strategy.
• Be able to correlate content with outcomes such as more web traffic, downloads, better ad conversions, and better newsletter registrations
• Establish Zycus as an industry leader, and generate leads and sales.
• Develop and implement effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to achieve organic traffic and conversion goals.
• Make sure all content is engaging to users, of the highest quality, keywords smart to limit competing pages, etc. Content marketing research to figure out which content to create, refurbish etc. to positivity impact the SEO KRAs and achieve targets.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through improved account research, audience identification, content marketing and streamlined processes.
• Win/ Loss Analysis – Analyzing the reasons behind a prospect win or loss and reporting the same. Tracking key competitors and creating shadow marketing programs to tackle them.
• Track business performance - Identify levers in improving business performance and champion necessary initiatives to improve. Synthesize and present complex data set to an executive audience.
Skills & Expertise:
• 5+ years experience in content creation and marketing, online marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, PPC campaigns and marketing automation preferably with experience in B2B Marketing.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful content marketing strategies
• Experience in Enterprise Software product marketing required
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Experience with content management systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools like Salesforce, Eloqua, Marketo would be preferred
• Exposure to working on marketing programs for overseas markets would be preferred
• Preferably Masters degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, preferably with undergrad in engineering.
• A person who is not only marketing savvy but also abreast with latest digital trends and technologies.
• Knowledge includes all online channels(Display, Social, Mobile, Search, Website and Digital Analytics) with specialized knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and Content marketing.
• Solid analytical skills with key performance metrics is a must with an understanding of Google Analytics & Google Search Console.
• Experience in writing content for procurement and/or finance buyers is a plus
