Responsibilities: 1. Developing Marketing Strategies: Formulate innovative marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to enhance brand visibility and market share within the fire and safety industry. 2. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Utilize insights to refine marketing strategies and product positioning. 3. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital marketing, print media, events, and trade shows. Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaign success. 4. Content Creation: Generate compelling content such as blog posts, articles, case studies, and whitepapers to engage the target audience and establish thought leadership in fire and safety solutions. 5. Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing activities including website management, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media to drive traffic, generate leads, and enhance brand presence online. 6. Lead Generation: Implement lead generation strategies to attract potential customers and nurture leads through the sales funnel. Collaborate with sales teams to optimize lead quality and conversion rates. 7. Collateral Development: Create marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and product datasheets that effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of our fire and safety products. 8. Brand Management: Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing channels and communication materials. Safeguard the brand reputation by upholding high standards of quality and professionalism. +. Customer Engagement: Develop initiatives to foster meaningful relationships with existing customers, promote customer loyalty, and encourage referrals. 10. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, website traffic, and lead generation activities. Utilize data insights to optimize marketing strategies and maximize ROI. 11. Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and justify expenditures through clear ROI analysis. CTC :upto 8 LPA ( depend on the candidature and selection) Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred. · Proven experience (5 to 8 years) in marketing roles within the fire and safety industry or related sectors. · Strong understanding of fire safety regulations, industry standards, and compliance requirements. · Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation software. · Excellent communication skills with the ability to create compelling content and deliver impactful presentations. · Analytical mind-set with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions. · Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset. · Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. · Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of driving successful marketing initiatives.
