Job Description:
1) Campaign briefing : Briefing campaigns objectives, USPs, goals
2) Overcome Challenge : Campaign requires some visuals (UI design, infographic, physical product design, offers etc.). Assuring the same.
3) Ensuring Requirements : Explain and ensure all requirements
4) Design Review : The results of graphic design pass the several revisions and approvals
5) Release.:Graphic design is released (ad published, POSM sent out, videos sent to production house, media etc.), and is seen by the end users.
6) Campaign Monitor : Monitoring through publication / media houses and changes / approval to the concerned houses.
7) PR Driving and Agency Coordination- Ensure notable write ups/Defining Audience/Sharing voices / quotes/Creating awarness of new launch/ offers/campaign/CSR or the brand/Publicity with mainstream media hoses/Building Trust/Ensuring coverage
8) Digital promotion and Creative along with Agency Coordination-a. Social Media-Tracking and analyzing Below mentioned heads.Reach : Tracking post reach, impressions, audience growth rate, Social share of voice, Engagement : Tracking Like, comments, share, views etc. Conversions : Tracking Click, Through Rate, Average Time, Cost Per Click,Buyers Behaviour tracking,b.Google - Tracking and analyzing Below mentioned heads/ Tracking Cost Per Click/ Tracking Cost Per Conversion/ Website Traffic/ Visits per channel/.Demography/ Bounce Rate/ Organic Traffic, c. Third Party Portal- Tracking Cost Per Lead / Click/ Website Traffic/ Impressions/ Conversions
+) Driving photo Shoot- Briefing the campaign/Setting campaign goals/Conceptualizing the lookbook/Overcome the challenges /Full fill all requirement/Shot division creation/Product placement/Shoot execution/Social impact
10) Driving Live Shows- SOP making/Training support/Booking schedule maintenance/Technical Support/Tracking engagement/Tracking product quarries
11) Content / Script writing- Defining content goal/Spreading product / campaign awareness /Audience engagement tracking
12) PPT / SOP / Format Making- Defining clear idea about all activities./Defining objectives/Defining roles/Describing process/Analysis data/Addressing future goals
