About the Role
This is a hands‑on, front‑line role focused on merchandise sales, social media execution, and shows & events. It suits someone energetic, organised, and comfortable working both behind the scenes and face‑to‑face with customers. This role is based in our Fivemiletown office and will include visits to the Armagh office when required.
This role is suited to someone who enjoys variety and practical work rather than a desk‑only role. This role is ideal for someone working in retail, hospitality or starting their career in sales & marketing who would like to gain valuable experience in a fast-growing company with progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Merchandising & Sales
Manage day‑to‑day operation of Redrock & K-two branded merchandise
Assist with product selection, ordering, pricing, and stock control
Physically manage merchandise stock (packing, labelling, loading/unloading)
Shows & Events
Run the mobile shop at agricultural shows and events
Assist with preparation, including logistics and setup of exhibition stands
Support with demos, dealer events, and factory visits
Act as a friendly, professional brand representative at events
Social Media & Content Execution
Create content for Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and LinkedIn
Post across Redrock Social Media Channels
Capture photos and short videos at shows, demos, and factory visits
Assist with social media reporting and engagement tracking
Essential Skills & Experience
Experience in marketing, retail, events, or customer‑facing roles
Comfortable with physical work and outdoor events
Cash-handling and reconciliation
Organised, reliable, and willing to travel during peak show season
Basic design ability using Canva or Adobe tools
Confident using Excel for stock tracking
Video editing skills (CapCut, TikTok, Instagram)
Desirable
Interest or background in agriculture
Photography/Videography experience
Negotiation skills and stock management skills
Experience in website updating and social media management

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
