Job Description:
· Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
· Should have worked in Cement plant specifically handled alternative fuel and raw material (AFR) co-processing.
· Having Broad based technical knowledge of the usage of Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF) in Cement Kilns.
· Conduct research to identify new markets for Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF) and RDF Pallets
· Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
· Day to Day activities of Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF) dispatches and arrangement of Transportation.
· Preparation of documents for Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF) dispatches.
· Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
· Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
· Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
· Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Requirements
· Proven working experience as a business development manager, or a relevant role having experience in sale of Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF).
· Experience in Cement industry is a plus
· Proficiency in MS Office
· Proficiency in English
· Market knowledge & key connections
· Communication and negotiation skills
· Ability to build rapport with all teams
· Time management and planning skills
· Any Graduate in business administration, sales, or relevant field
