Important Responsibilities • Redefine the Company's brand framework to make sure it reflects fan expectations and is still applicable in the current multimedia environment.• Using the company brand to define the omnichannel fan experience and making sure that every interaction with the fan is of the highest calibre.• Assists in the design and definition of the digital and social experience and makes sure the brand promotes fan interaction in order to launch and sustain online consumer discourse.• Outline the social roadmap and the part each social media platform must play in attracting and keeping fans.• Develops a strong network of opinion leaders in culture and entertainment to boost brand recognition.Performance indicators• Providing brand preference and awareness measurements for the company.• Controlling brand standards at all points of contact.• Metrics for fan acquisition and engagement.• Inter-functional cooperation.QUALIFICATION• MBA, preferably from a top business school.• 15 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 of those years spent honing brand marketing skills with well-known Indian and international brands.Information and Skills• A track record of creating marketing and branding initiatives.• The capacity to oversee implementation in a context with several projects and stakeholders.• Expertise in developing PAN India-level campaigns that effectively target viewers.Insights and Data drive in making decisions
