Key job responsibilities For its marketplace businesses in Mumbai, the company is looking for a senior marketer to oversee subscriber growth, TVOD unit sales, and engagement marketing. An entrepreneurial-minded applicant that want to work in a start-up atmosphere who is enthusiastic about digital media, subscriber growth/retention, and novel customer experiences would find this to be an interesting opportunity.Through data analysis, customer journey mapping, customer segment definition, and ideation of a marketing plan to deliver success against important consumer segments and phases, the role will achieve the creation of significant trends. The candidate will engage with stakeholders to implement this roadmap across a range of owned and operated marketing channels, including email, push notifications, merchandising, and other internal services. This team will be responsible for driving growth and lifecycle marketing. This position will collaborate closely with the company's global automation teams to develop and shape marketing campaigns that are focused on India in order to promote scale and long-term automation.The ideal candidate will be a seasoned marketer with extensive experience in a variety of marketing disciplines, including acquisition, engagement, and/or product marketing. In order to identify, lead, and execute new initiatives, this person collaborates closely with numerous teams including marketplace business teams, content acquisition, finance, legal, product and tech, programme management, operations, and executive teams. The chosen applicant is goal-, team-, and detail-oriented. The individual should feel at ease with numbers, work well under pressure, and consistently produce outcomes. The key is having an entrepreneurial mindset, a love of new technologies, and the capacity for impact.The ability to see the broad picture, set challenging plans and goals, scale up programmes and procedures, and perform at the top level every day are necessary for success in this position.
