Full Job Description
• Analyze brand positioning, consumer insights and create & execute dynamic, digital brand marketing
campaigns, with a strong focus on inspiring customers through creative content.
• Identify and evaluate potential brand partnerships/alliances, which help build the brand and aid in
customer acquisition.
• Depute market research/ end-user insights to improve customer segmentation and customer relationship
models that allow for more customized marketing programs
• Drive relevant traffic to the website, landing pages, mobile app stores, social media which results in high
engagement and conversions.
• Continuously analyze marketing metrics and optimize current & future campaigns/initiatives
• Track & manage marketing vertical budgets (online + offline) with a strong focus on ROI metrics
Requirements
• Min 5 years’ experience in brand marketing with focus on customer growth.
• A clear understanding of the role of branding in the marketing mix
• Ability to ideate and deliver creative content (text, image and video)
• Knowledge of customer acquisition tactics through digital channels ie. PPC, social media advertising, content marketing, and online display media
• Focus on understanding customer experiences and applying learnings for acquiring consumers in targeted segments.
• A team player with a startup growth mindset with a drive to achieve ROI.
• An appetite to learn marketing Analytics tools such as Zoho analytics, Mixpanel, Mailchimp
