Job Description
• Will have to create and execute media plan of their respective shows
• Will be responsible for positioning creatives (Promos) of his/ her respective shows
• Will have to highlight potential opportunities and red flag issues of their respective shows basis trends
• Will collaborate with internal teams which include but is not restricted to – Digital,OAP, Graphics, Content, Traffic and Presentation
• Will lead the PR function and independently handle the PR agency
• Will collaborate with external teams from the media, creative and research agencies
• Should be comfortable in creating business presentations
• Will have to keep one’s ears to the ground to understand consumer trends
PERFORMANCE MEASURES:
• Meeting show and channel targets set by business
• Will be expected to come up with atleast one break through idea for the shows in each quarter
• Have an understanding of BARC data to be able to analyze and act on the same. Should be good with both quant and qual. Should be comfortable rolling out marketing/ creative briefs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Should posses a bachelors degree
• Should have an experience of 6-8 years
