We are looking for IT Sales Executive/BDM/ AM candidates for Noida Location.
Education & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Communication Engineering or Information Systems etc.
• 2-6 years of experience in IT sales or pre-sales(IT) in international markets(US/UK/Europe).
• 1-2 or more years of quota carrying software or technology sales and “new logo” acquisition experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft and technologies is a plus.
• Specific Domain experience is a plus(Education, Media and ecommerce etc.)
• Strong written and verbal communications skills with prevalent professional demeanor. Excellent presentation skills
Job Responsibilities:
• Identify business prospects in USA, Canada UK, Europe and Australia Markets to offer IT Services.
• dentify the demanding industry sectors and create relevant pitch and plans
• Create compelling industry generic and prospect specific pitch statements
• Understanding the requirements of the clients & positioning an appropriate service/solution.
• Setting up a web meeting(with CXO level of prospects) for the sales manager and passing on the lead to immediate superior.
• Team up with senior leaders with budgets, promises and achievement details on a regular basis.
• Partner with Marketing on demand generation and engagement programs, and development of collateral to drive business outcomes.
• Identify and develop new business through networking and prospecting techniques.
• Engage in email campaigns and cold-calling to create interest in company products and services, generate new business leads and arrange customer meetings.
• Prepare and deliver customer presentations including high-level solution overviews and/or demos.
• Understand customers’ business needs and challenges and position the relevant solutions that address those needs.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets (revenue target) while contributing to overall team targets as set by management.
• Meet KPIs related to selling efforts.
• Attend and contribute to team meetings and report progress towards achieving account or go-to-market strategies with management and peers.
• Maintain strategic relationships with existing customers and upsell/cross-sell.
• Respond to RFP documents and write proposals as well as any supporting documentation.
• Manage own time by organizing and prioritizing daily and weekly tasks
