Marketing Officer

Urgent Hiring for Marketing officer - 1 Nos

Education:

• Preferably an Engineer or Science Graduate

Experience:

• 3 to 7+ years of experience in marketing of Industrial Products

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Plan and implement effective marketing strategies to achieve business goals.

• Develop and execute sales plans, ensuring customer retention and business growth.

• Coordinate sampling, send trial reports, and follow up with customers.

• Establish, develop, and maintain a strong dealer/distributor network for company growth in the assigned region.

• Contribute to the formulation and execution of marketing policies and strategies.

• Maintain administration, reporting, and planning systems in line with company requirements.

• Generate enquiries for company products and approach potential suppliers where applicable.

• Manage internal communications to ensure alignment with corporate direction, mission, and goals.

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring prompt and professional communication.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to explore and expand business opportunities.

• Liaise with customers to gather requirements, provide solutions, and ensure satisfaction.

• Handle customer engagement activities including company and product introduction, lead conversion, and order processing.

• Effectively manage leads and opportunities in CRM software.

• Execute all other duties as assigned by management.
