Location: Auckland
Hours: Full‑time, minimum 30 hours per week
Pay Rate: $30.00–$35.00 per hour
Xincheng International (xincheng.co.nz) is a New Zealand education and immigration services organisation supporting international students, families, and partners across New Zealand, China, and other global markets. We are seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to strengthen our brand presence, support international promotion, and contribute to the growth of our NZ‑aligned education pathways.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies for NZ and international markets
Manage digital marketing channels including social media, website content, and online campaigns
Produce bilingual (English/Chinese) marketing materials and digital content
Conduct market research on NZ education pathways, target audiences, and competitor activity
Represent the company in China and other markets for promotional visits and partnership development
Build and maintain relationships with education providers, agents, and partner institutions
Prepare marketing documents, information packs, and promotional resources
Coordinate marketing projects and support communication between NZ and international partners
Skills & Experience Required
New Zealand Bachelor or above is required.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, brand promotion, and digital marketing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
Ability to work confidently within NZ’s multicultural education environment
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Experience producing digital content and promotional materials
Cross‑border marketing or international education experience is an advantage
