About you

You are an enthusiastic marketing and communications professional with a few years’ experience supporting the development of advertising campaigns and marketing collateral. You are good at managing multiple projects and have strong attention to detail. You can deliver work to budget and create materials of a high standard. You enjoy building strong working relationships with internal clients, stakeholders and external suppliers.

You excel in managing priorities to meet deadlines and ensuring external and internal client expectations are met.

You also demonstrate personal attributes that are congruent with the University’s values of Integrity, Respect, Rational Inquiry, Personal Excellence and Courage.

About the role

Reporting to the Marketing Account Manager, you will support a range of marketing activities:

Develop, implement and monitor effective targeted marketing and communication strategies for a range of Schools and Service Centres

Coordinate the production of traditional and digital advertising materials that align with ECU’s brand style guide

Work with Schools to develop marketing collateral, including brochures, banners, flyers and promotional material

Work with students to develop video and content testimonials

Administration tasks such as processing of invoices and reviewing course and publication system proposals

Role Criteria

Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent level of expertise gained from a combination of experience, training or professional accreditation.

Relevant experience coordinating and delivering advertising campaigns and marketing collateral.

The ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders in a large and complex organisation, with a strong focus on excellent customer service.

Strong skills in planning and managing marketing projects to deliver on time and on budget.

Effective communication skills and impeccable attention to detail

Benefits & Remuneration

This full time, ongoing position attracts remuneration of $81,614 to $+0,6+1 per annum plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
