Job Description
Lamattina Holdings Pty Ltd is seeking a full time qualified Marketing Officer who will have substantial ownership of the marketing function. The Marketing Officer will develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to strengthen the Lamattina Farms brand in regional Australia. They will also support campaign execution and analyse performance metrics to inform business growth and future marketing initiatives.
Salary offered is $76,515pa plus super.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Working with external agencies to develop multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive engagement and brand awareness, including paid and own media strategies in SEO and initiating social media channels.
· Conducting market research and analysing horticulture industry trends to identify opportunities and leads with current and potential clients. Interpreting these trends so management can support Lamattina brand positioning.
· Tracking and analysing social media, website and SEO performance metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendation to drive future marketing campaigns.
· Providing strategic advice to the Marketing Manager and senior management on approaches tailored to the horticulture industry covering advertising, sales promotion and distribution channels suited to regional Australia.
· Developing strategies to maintain and enhance Lamattina brand visibility, particularly among agriculture companies and regional industries.
· Analysing the buying preferences of growers, national supermarkets and distribution centres to inform marketing decisions and optimize marketing/advertising budget.
· Managing key client relationships, support important sales channels, support export and marketing documentation, attendance at regional expos with marketing team
· Supervising the Admin and Marketing Assistant with: developing compelling content for website and social channels, local event organisation and administration
Qualifications and Requirements
· A relevant bachelor’s degree in marketing or related industry, or at least five years of relevant experience.
· At least 1 year of work experience as a marketing or product manager in an industrial setting, ideally with exposure to primary produce
· Ability to work in a team
· Understanding of supply chain solutions, particularly in regional Australia.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to assess market data and make strategic recommendations.
