Job Description
Improve lead routing process to ensure the appropriate Sales person interacts with the prospects at the right time.
Proactively work with the marketing team, sales team, and revops team to solve process-related issues, as well as provide ideas to help optimize results
Database management: govern lead list imports, database cleanliness and organization, field updates, deliverability, and regulation
Work closely with marketing and sales leadership to ensure marketing qualified leads (MQLs) are correctly routed and followed up on by business development.
Cross-functional collaboration with IT business operations, Analytics and Tech teams to implement new changes in the system
Qualifications
• Proven experience(2-3 years) in Marketing operational role at a B2B SaaS firm
• Strong understanding of database schemas, CRM and integrations
• Experience in managing marketing & sales data operations
• Ability to build deep understanding of our target audience
• Must have worked on data entry, database maintenance and upkeep
• Must have experience with tools like MS Office, SQL, CRM and Databases
