Roles & Responsibilities
Coordination between internal & external stakeholders (creative, product, sales team, design vendors) for delivery of marketing collaterals. Managing logistics & setup required for all offline marketing campaigns
Management & maintenance of branding material
Vendor Management: Scouting, onboarding & managing various vendors. Key coordinator for invoice clearance for external partners
Sourcing & merchandising various items required for execution of marketing campaigns.
Inventory management of branding collateral and campaign related products
Lead execution of marketing events like exhibitions, melas, apartment complex activations etc. Work closely with the in-house marketing team to develop and help execute hyperlocal campaigns across the city.
Creating a hiring plan for interns & freelance sales executives. Training & managing them to help execute customer activation campaigns.
Other ad hoc tasks as and when required.
Requirements:
An inherent drive to get things done.
Good interpersonal skills.
0-2 years of experience BTL marketing or operations is a must. An understanding of the logistics required to execute brand building and BTL marketing activations, on-ground activities & promotional activities
Ability to think on your feet & make quick decisions with available information
Motivation to meet timelines despite everything and the ability to work under pressure
Experience in managing multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Good spoken & written communication skills
Attention to detail.
Willing to learn not only operations but also marketing and the other functions
Good to have:
Two wheeler driving and license is an added advantage
Ability to speak one or more regional languages, namely Hindi, Kannada, Telegu, Tamil or Malayalam
Background or interest in fashion design.
Existing relationships & network in sourcing & merchandising.
