A highly motivated Marketing Operations Manager to join our team in a high-impact
and high-visibility role. The ideal candidate will have marketing automation, Salesforce, and sales automation tool experience, and will appreciate an opportunity to take on a clean tech stack that is unencumbered by technical debt – it’s a clean slate for you to build out, with the opportunity to set the bar high for what a strong, well-integrated tech stack looks like. This individual will work closely with peers across Marketing, Sales, Sales Ops, and Product.
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage our marketing automation platform (Marketo) and manage the full customer lifecycle.
Work with the Sales team to develop and implement lead scoring and routing processes.
Collaborate with Account Executives and SDRs to develop high-performing cadences in Outreach.
Ensure data integrity across our marketing tech stack, including Salesforce. Marketo, and other tools.
Help us maintain and evolve our attribution and measurement frameworks. Build and maintain operational dashboards and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to make data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness.
Develop and execute A/B testing programs to optimize email, landing page and other marketing tactics.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and new marketing strategies.
Requirements & Qualifications
3+ years of experience in marketing operations, with a focus on marketing automation.
Marketo experience required; Marketo Certified Expert preferred.
Experience as a marketing admin in Salesforce is a big plus.
Experience with Sales Automation preferred.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
