Role Overview:
As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will spearhead the optimization, delivery, and tracking of all lead-generation marketing initiatives and assets across digital, display, and experiential campaigns.
Shift - 6Pm to 3 AM IST ( Monday to Friday)
Key Responsibilities:
• Aggregate data from diverse sources, including website traffic, social media engagement, and campaigns.
• Design a robust data infrastructure to facilitate comprehensive reporting on marketing performance.
• Establish efficient data pipelines to facilitate seamless data flow across various systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
• Develop visually compelling and insightful dashboards in Power BI to monitor key Sales and Marketing metrics, campaign performance, and ROI analysis, leveraging data from multiple sources.
• Implement UTMs for precise tracking purposes.
• Define KPIs to gauge the effectiveness of both marketing and Inside Sales teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Marketing Operations within the B2B sector.
• Extensive experience in Power BI data modeling and visualization.
• Profound understanding of database architecture, data modeling, and attribution principles.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science or a related field
