Role/ Job Title: Marketing Technology Manager

Roles & Responsibilities
• Design and delivery of B2C campaign solutions (Emails, SMS, WhatsApp, Push Notifications, Journeys, Landing pages, Forms, etc) using various SFMC modules Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Contact Builder, Content Builder and help optimize further
• Understand data model and how database works (primary + foreign key, relations)
• Create and update data extensions for send and personalization requests
• Build responsive web cloud pages for use cases such as landing pages, survey forms
• Be responsible for creating a robust testing process prior to releasing new features/scripts and fixing bugs/fine-tuning features continuously
• Recommend short- and long-term strategy for better results
• Enforce email best practices and standard naming conventions
• Assess current Mark-Tech architecture landscape and identify gaps in the solution design based on the best practices
• Coordinate with various agencies/stakeholders to drive development & configuration of the digital marketing architecture/stack
Functional Areas
The candidate must have:
• At least 2 years of experience in the digital marketing domain, preferably in Banking industry
• strong understanding of marketing technology, latest trends and competitor landscape
• strong understanding of underlying business requirements along with managing projects in time-bound manner
• strong understanding of data, analytics and business intelligence
• strong technical skills, both functional and non-functional, ideally in marketing technology domain.
Technical Skills
• Proficiency in SFMC to run outbound marketing campaigns using SMS, Emails, Push Notifications efficiently and cost oriented.
• 2-3 Years of hands-on SFMC experience on Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Contact Builder and Content Builders
• Working knowledge of AMP script, HTML, CSS
• Good hold on SQL query writing
• Ability to work with clients to design campaign journeys, emails and campaigns in SFMC.
• Experience of Salesforce CRM Integration will be an added advantage
• Knowledge and experience in building audiences and segmentation within the SFMC platform.
• Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification is a mandatory.
Design scalable and business-oriented processes for orchestrating campaigns which can sustain high volume with relatively minimal effort.
Graduate Degrre: B.Tech / Computer Science
Experience: 2-6 Years preferred
