The Opportunity
In this role, you will be the primary business process steward for marketing campaigns. You will optimize our campaign orchestration to ensure marketing and launch programs are executed flawlessly, on time and with key KPIs in place. This role will collaborate with several other groups including marketing, CRM, acquisition, design, innovation and product. You will play a critical role in streamlining marketing operations, improving efficiency, and ensuring the smooth execution of marketing campaigns. You will report to the CMO.
What You’ll Be Doing Primarily
• Maintain comprehensive calendar and status on all marketing efforts and campaigns in market and upcoming
• Provide daily, weekly and monthly visibility of activities
• Shepherd marketing initiatives across multiple channels
• Be the conduit that connects all marketing elements to deliver a successful campaign
• Ability to remove blockers for the teams and employ creative solutions to maintain campaigns, momentum and deliver on time
• Collaborating, and managing the execution of fully integrated marketing campaigns
• Actively identify and remove obstacles preventing our Marketing teams from getting successful campaigns to market
• Provide feedback into and continuously help improve the process
• Create and manage a consolidated marketing timetable that ensures everyone is aware of and understands the delivery timetable and that marketing is executed in a timely manner
• To help establish and communicate the importance of product availability.Working deeply with the product organization to identify and maintain firm launch dates.
• You must be an evangelist for delivery discipline
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years experience in marketing, operations
• Incredibly organized and deadline driven
• Demonstrated expertise in collaborating, building trust, and partnership with Marketing Managers and execution teams
• Embodies a growth mindset, constantly seeking out new opportunities for learning and development of self and others.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
• Crypto experience and knowledge a plus
Bonus If You Have
• Experience in financial service industry
• Knowledge of cryptocurrencies and/or blockchain technologies.
