Responsibilities:
• Research & Strategy: (35% of your work)
• Conduct online research to find heel manufacturers, footwear brands and diligently choosing them after seeing their profile and scale of business.
• Research on different b2b fashion portals, strategizing and refining business plan.
• Business is dynamic: research and strategise as per new given market problems as and when they come.
2. Marketing: (30% of your work)
• Contact AGENTS, footwear brands & pitch our innovation (candidate will be responsible for building business via calls, emails, LinkedIn,etc. This involves both Indian and International leads.
3. Operations: (30% of your work)
• Engagement in the day to day operational tasks of the company. You will be required to manage the different vendors of the company and maintaining a regular follow up with them. You will be responsible for sourcing different materials etc. Engagement in multi dimensional tasks and activities.
4. Miscellaneous tasks: (5-10% of your work)
• new tasks as and when they come. New tasks can also be given around your interest area.
-Work from Home but Somedays in a Week you have to visit office based in Noida.
-Training period - 5-6 Months. Stipend - 8000INR, Candidate will be provided incentives along with the monthly stipend if all tasks are completed with full efficiency.
-After the Training Period ,Candidate will be evaluated and will be offered full term in the company. Expected CTC around 3 Lakh
