Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns (offline and online).
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams (design, VFX, and creative) for brand-aligned communication.
Social Media Management
Manage content calendars across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
Craft engaging posts, stories, and thought leadership content.
Monitor engagement, trends, and audience behavior.
Outreach & PR
Identify and build relationships with potential collaborators, media outlets, and industry influencers.
Drive outreach initiatives for awards, industry events, and brand partnerships.
Coordinate with PR agencies and partners for visibility and brand placement.
Content & Communication
Draft compelling marketing collaterals, case studies, presentations, and press releases.
Oversee visual and written content for website, brochures, emailers, etc.
Internal Branding
Support internal communication initiatives and employee branding efforts.
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within advertising, media, or VFX domains.
Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, social media platforms, and content trends.
Exceptional communication, writing, and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of design tools (like Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
Self-starter with creative problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
