Role Overview
We are looking for a Marketing & Outreach Executive who can take ownership of our lead generation and conversion engine—from first touchpoint to successful enrolment.
This is a high-impact, target-driven role where your ability to connect, convert, and optimise will directly influence the growth of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation: Identify and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads across both online and offline channels, including building outreach pipelines through schools, communities, and digital platforms.
2. Lead Management & Conversion: Engage with prospective leads, guide them through the entire funnel, build trust with parents and stakeholders, and drive conversions leading to successful enrolments.
3. Funnel Optimisation: Track and analyse the lead journey, identify drop-off points, and continuously refine messaging, follow-ups, and conversion strategies to improve outcomes.
4. Relationship Management: Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospective clients and ensure a seamless, empathetic, and positive experience from first interaction to onboarding.
Eligibility Criteria
1. Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Success / Customer Relationship Management.
2. Minimum 6 months of experience in Business Development.
3. Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales & Marketing.
