Position Summary
Rolen Construction is seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing & Pipeline Manager to support lead generation and pipeline management for our residential construction business in Pacific Palisades and Altadena.
This position is not primarily responsible for closing contracts. Instead, the role is focused on creating opportunities, maintaining a clean and actionable CRM pipeline, coordinating follow-up activity, supporting outreach campaigns, and improving the quality of company marketing materials. Company leadership handles pricing, negotiation, and final closing of major construction contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Generate, track, and organize leads for residential construction opportunities
Maintain and manage the company pipeline
Ensure all leads, next steps, notes, and follow-ups are accurately recorded and updated
Coordinate workflow and accountability for the company’s calling specialist
Help improve calling lists, scripts, cadence, and follow-up reporting
Support outreach efforts across email, phone, Google Ads, and relationship-based channels
Improve and maintain marketing materials, including one-pagers, presentations, project summaries, and follow-up collateral
Support website and content updates as needed
Hand off qualified opportunities to leadership for estimation, negotiation, and closing
Qualifications
Experience in CRM management, pipeline management, lead generation, sales operations, or marketing operations
Strong working knowledge of Pipedrive/ Zoho or similar CRM platforms
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage follow-up processes and coordinate across multiple moving parts
Experience in residential construction, real estate, development, home services, or related fields is preferred
Experience supporting high-value sales processes is a plus

Compensation
Base salary: $55,000–$75,000 depending on experience
Performance bonus: tied to qualified leads, proposal-stage opportunities, and signed projects sourced through the pipeline
Expected total compensation can exceed base salary depending on performance
