1. Position Details
Job Title: Event Planner Executive

2. Job Purpose
To plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, exhibitions, dealer meets, promotional activities, and sports-related events to enhance brand visibility, employee engagement, and stakeholder relationships.
3. Key Roles & Responsibilities
A. Event Planning & Coordination
Plan and organise corporate events, product launches, sports events (e.g., employee tournaments, cricket/football matches, corporate leagues)
Prepare event calendars and execution timelines
Coordinate with internal teams to meet objectives
B. Vendor Management
Identify, negotiate, and coordinate with vendors (event agencies, decorators, caterers, sports equipment suppliers)
Ensure vendor deliverables are on time and within budget
D. Budget & Reporting
Prepare and track budgets for events, including sports activities
Submit post-event reports, feedback, and performance analysis
E. Branding & Promotion
Coordinate branding materials such as banners, stalls, promotional kits, and sports signage
Support digital promotion of events on social media, newsletters, and company portals
4. Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
5. Experience Required
Minimum: 1 year
Maximum: 2 years
Experience in corporate events, exhibitions, or sports event management preferred

Strong organisational and planning skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Vendor negotiation and management
Time management and multitasking
Problem-solving and adaptability
7. Preferred Skills
Experience in sports industry sector events
