Te tūranga | The role:
You'll work closely with the Proposition Marketing Manager, Performance Marketing and ASB agency partners to manage through-the-line marketing activities. You'll also lead planning and delivery of larger above-the-line campaigns that contribute to brand and tribe Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
As an intermediate marketer, you'll use your strategic marketing prowess to understand and report on the performance of marketing activity. You'll collaborate with Performance Marketing, Social and Content, and agency partners to optimise activities and ensure they meet objectives.
Ō pūkenga | About you
Strong above-the-line creative campaign experience across channels like display, social, video on demand, and out of home.
An ability to form close relationships with creative and media agencies to develop high-impact campaigns.
Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills, making you a favourite among stakeholders.
Experience working with Product and Performance Marketing teams to provide feedback on media schedules and strategies.
Great time management, multi-tasking ability, and the capability to operate independently.
A calm, organised, and friendly approach, along with excellent communication skills.
An exceptional eye for detail, a solution-focused mindset, and a collaborative attitude.
