Job Description

The SVP - Strategy & Planning will be responsible for -
• Identify new platforms, publishers and products for Brand and Reputation campaigns across social, display and search.
• Explore the intersection of culture, brands and audiences to develop deeper insights, provocative strategies and breakthrough digital platforms.
• Review campaign performance across channels against forecasts and contribute to annual digital planning.
• Manage campaign briefing, workflow and research timelines for Project Management and Account leads.
• Keep up with industry and digital media trends to apply the latest insights and best practices.
• Collaborate with business units to identify opportunities beyond formal RFPs/RFIs and define success parameters for creative platform ideas.
• Partner with clients and teams to provide fresh insights during planning cycles.
• Mentor teams and advance the internal planning function.

The Successful Applicant

A successful SVP - Strategy & Planning should have:
• 15+ years of experience, including 10+ in planning, insight, and analysis within a relevant sector.
• Must have digital planning experience in an agency setting.
• Expertise in brand strategy, equity assessment, and agency planning models.
• Strong ability to develop big ideas into communication frameworks.
• Skilled in building relationships across teams, leadership, and clients in matrixed organizations.
• Excellent presentation and storytelling skills for delivering insights and strategy.
• Deep understanding of PR and social media in the communications marketing mix.
• Proven track record in growing, mentoring, and guiding diverse teams.
