Role Overview
The Founder’s Associate will work closely with the Founder and act as an extension of the Founder’s office. This is a high-impact role suited for someone who has worked in an early-stage startup and is comfortable wearing multiple hats. You will be involved in strategy, operations, execution, and cross-functional coordination, gaining deep exposure to how a startup is built and scaled.
Key Responsibilities
• Work directly with the Founder on strategic planning, execution, and day-to-day decision-making
• Drive cross-functional initiatives across operations, marketing, finance, and growth
• Track key business metrics, prepare reports, and support data-driven decisions
• Own special projects and ensure timely execution across teams
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment with business goals
• Assist in building processes, SOPs, and scalable systems from scratch
• Support fundraising, partnerships, and investor-related tasks as required
Requirements & Skills
• Prior experience working in an early-stage startup (mandatory)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and execution skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• High ownership mindset with the ability to work independently
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities
• Strong proficiency in Excel, presentations, and basic financial understanding

4. Crisis & Reputation Management
•Monitor brand mentions and sentiment
•Handle sensitive communication, crisis response, and damage control
•Prepare holding statements and reactive PR plans when required
5. Client & Internal Coordination
•Act as the primary PR point of contact for assigned clients
•Coordinate with social media, marketing, and creative teams for integrated campaigns
•Present PR plans, reports, and insights to clients
6. Events & Launches
•Plan and execute press events, media previews, brand launches, and influencer meets
•Coordinate logistics, invitations, and post-event coverage

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
