Job Description
• As Marketing Project Manager (MPM), you play a key role working with extended marketing teams to help drive large projects, initiatives and (or) events for Capgemini. You will work closely with the Marketing Lead to manage the end-to-end projects.
• You will need to create a strong project plan and the expectation is to work with the team collaboratively by communicating and maintaining timelines, setting priorities as per the process and executing plans.
• Manage the asset creation process, coordinating between the Digital Marketing team, marketing team and the creative teams. You may also be required to help out on messaging when required.
• Work directly with the Marketing Lead to execute events. Take complete ownership of all aspects of event management and ensure that we aim to meet the objectives as per the plan established. Manage planning, messaging, logistics, and operational functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently
• Develop core campaign materials. Work in collaboration with regional and global Marketing and Sales teams so they are able to execute the global campaigns locally as needed.
• Support the marketer and the channel analytics teams in gathering the analytics / ROI for each project. Must leverage the CRM system to quantify all results.
• Provide strong project management to support from offshore various activities such manage the creation of global marketing and sales materials (Visuals Identities, brochures, POVs, case studies, sales decks, battle cards, video scripts, info-graphics, demos etc), including PR , internal and external communication. You will need to work with multiple team members within deliver these services.
• Must ensure excellent customer service and quality delivery of all marketing deliverables.
Candidate Background:
• At least 6-8 years of experience in marketing & communications, with 3 years in a large IT MNC/India Services pure play/Business Consulting firm. Or account management experience in large advertising agencies, working with multinational clients.
• Candidates with prior experience in project management, planning, defining and executing global marketing will be preferred
• Strong strategic business understanding of the IT services/ Business consulting market
• Previous exposure to marketing in a global role will be an advantage
• Exposure to CRM marketing modules like Salesforce is desirable
• Demonstrated track record in managing marketing activities through an offshore-onshore model
• Ability to work with high performing teams and confidently build strong rapport with cross-functional and cross-cultural global business teams
• Should be very familiar with branding fundamentals and latest trends in new media like YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Blogs etc.
