Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Intern to join our team for Coordination & Research. The role requires strong communication skills, time management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day operational coordination between internal teams, clients, talent, vendors, and production units.
Support in planning and scheduling meetings, shoots, and project timelines.
Conduct industry research, competitor analysis, content studies, and trend tracking.
Assist the R&D team in documentation, data collection, reports and presentations.
Maintain files, project records, trackers and follow-up sheets.
Coordinate communication across emails, WhatsApp and calls.
Support production and content teams wherever required for smooth functioning.
Ensure timely follow-ups and status updates with stakeholders.
Handle basic administrative and back-office responsibilities.
Skills & Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets / Documentation tools.
Interest in media, entertainment, film production & digital content preferred.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn and passion for teamwork.
Education
Graduate / Undergraduate pursuing Mass Media, Film, Communication, Marketing, Management or related fields.
