Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote products, services and/or charitable causes.Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.Solicit orders for goods and services over the telephone.Explain the product or service to potential customers.Deliver scripted sales pitch to the customer.Provide pricing details and handle customer queries.Bachelors Degree in any stream.Freshers or Experienced both can apply.
