Job Description
• The candidate should have at least one year of experience in the field of solar marketing, generation of potential business sales leads across the state of Gujrat.
• Candidate should be highly organized and self-motivated with a positive attitude to build strong client relationships, visit client sites to discuss their solar demand capacity, and convert potential business leads into work orders.
• He/she should be able to judge the regional potential for solar captive ground-mounted / rooftop projects. Able to analyze industry sales data, market trends, etc, and able to design sales strategies to meet business targets.
• He should be able to handle the sales process, commercial terms, payments, statutory approvals, problem resolution, etc. Shall be able to work with partners, vendors, site engineering team, etc to meet customer requirements.
• He should have a pleasing personality with good communication skills with knowledge of solar PV technology, proficiency in networking and relationship management with good negotiation skills.
• He should be able to use different online/offline channels to find potential leads like the internet, industry data analysis, social media, etc, and willing to travel locally and across the state of Gujrat to find new business leads and customers.
• Finally, last but not the least, the desired candidate shall be self-motivated, creative with leadership qualities who can play a role in achieving the overall business objectives of the company.
